Everett has over fifty years of civil engineering and surveying experience, principally in land development and municipal engineering. Everett established Moran Engineering over 40 years ago. Jim Moran, Licensed Land Surveyor – No. 7881: Jim earned a business degree from California State University, Hayward. Jim is a survey party chief at Moran Engineering. He is responsible for boundary and topographic surveying, condominium and parcel mapping. Jim has worked at Moran Engineering for over twenty-five years. David J. Franco, Registered Civil Engineer – No. 34652 and Licensed Land Surveyor – No. 4979: David earned his civil engineering degree from University of California, Berkeley. David is a civil engineering project manager responsible for contract preparation and administration, consultation, and plan and specification preparation. David has worked at Moran Engineering for nearly forty years. |
Robert J. Brunel, Licensed Land Surveyor – No. 4961: Robert earned his forestry degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Robert is a survey party chief at Moran Engineering. He is responsible for boundary and topographic surveying, construction layout and ALTA surveys. Robert has worked at Moran Engineering for forty years. Jeffrey D. Black, Licensed Land Surveyor – No. 5252: Jeffrey earned his civil engineering degree from Rutgers University and he earned a MBA from Columbia University. Jeffrey is responsible for mapping and surveying services. Jeffrey has worked at Moran Engineering for nearly forty years.
